Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree of any field
- English Proficiency Test Score: TOEFL score of at least 79 (internet-based); with writing score of at least 24; IELTS score of at least 6.5; with writing score of at least 6; CU-TEP score of at least 79; with writing score of at least 24 (the test must have been completed within the last 2 years)
- Remark: Applicants graduated from the international program, University certified by the Office of the Civil Service Commission, can waive for the English test score at entry to the program. However, they must complete and submit an English test score which is equal to the program’s requirement before graduating.
