Natthanan Kunnamas, Jean Monnet Chair with Students of MAEUS went on day trip to Turin, Italy since the city was the first capital city of unified Kingdom of Italy from 1861 to 1865.

Turin has a rich culture and history influenced by the predominantly French Royal House of Savoy for centuries. And in recent history, after the Second World War, Turin was also one of the most important industrial bases which drove the “Italian economic miracle” during the 1960s.
